Excellent Customer Service!!! My Phone had a hardware malfunction and was covered. I had an lg phone stuck in a boot loop. I also was a part of the Jump Program.

At this location I worked with Jose and Juan. I asked if I could upgrade my phone, and they were able to upgrade me. In addition, the phone I wanted wasn't in store, so Juan called around to see if any other Bronx stores had this phone. The next day they were able to get my phone. Jose also tested the phone in front of me, installed my screen protector onto the phone and put my sim card in. Fantastic Support!!! Highly Recommended!!! Jose and Juan you rock!
