The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She would not send out a rep and was insistent that I visit the showroom. I tried to point out that I don't have a car or the time to visit a showroom and I only need to replace standard windows and could she please just make an appointment. She raised her voice and practically yelled at me and refused to listen. I hope they review their customer service polices. I called Home Depot and they were a delight to deal with and it took minutes to make an appointment.

Excellent quality, great price, beautiful windows and I love them..I recommend highly this company. Professional work.
