Please I purchased a kenmore washer front loader a year and a half ago works fine I am so pleased with my purchase....

the prices are spectacular and so is delivery arrangements but i bought a refrigerator and it didn't come with the proper refrigerator door shelves or butter cover,nor did the freezer have any shelves. within a week my freezer stopped working all together.When i notified the store they told me the would gladly handle the problem and they never did,this was 1 month ago,my warranty has expired waiting on them to make good on their promise ;-(

I would tell everyone NEVER to buy anything from them. They are robbers! First time I bought a fridge from them, paid cash and was going to be delivered within the hour. BY the time I got home and Moved the old fridge, I had received a call telling me Sorry, that fridge was sold someone yesterday! So we went back to look at another fridge that he said was comparable, well, that door was smashed up and he said he would replace the dor and call us. Well a week went by and no call so we stopped by and the guy said sorry we couldn't repair the fridge. Meanwhiel, we looked around their shop and saw the fridge they were suppose to repair for us, partially repaired and with a price tag of 350.00 more than we were suppose to pay! So we found a fridge we liked, paid cash and it was delivered, installed, etc... Only to find out that the ice make wasn't working and they sent someone to check it, after arguing with us and asking if it was hooked up to water!!!! After a week of going back and f

This place is run by unprofessional people who think they have right to not respect you since they sell cheap (because is damaged) stuff....save yourself frustration and find better and still good priced items elsewhere....

I DON;T NEED TO GO TO THE BIG STORES ANYMORE. I FOUND MY NEW SPOT FOR EVERY APPLIANCE I would need. YOU HAVE TO SEE SOME OF THE APPLIANCES THEY HAVE TO OFFER BEFORE YOU BUY NEW
