customer service is horrible ! i went in one day to buy some bed sheets and when i came home and opened them they had like a million little bugs crawling all over them so i tried to vacum them up as fast as i could , i thought i got them all so i put the sheets to wash and went to sleep . i woke up and saw bites all over my body and still didnt think much of it until i saw my intire family had the same bites all over them . me being a mothe rof a 10 yr old and a newborn i was furious to see my kids like that . i googled bugs on sheets and saw a pic of BEDBUGS ! identical to the bugs in the sheets i couldnt believe it ! i called the store and the coperate office for them to give me the run around and hang up the phone on me several times . so now im stuck with a ridiculous exterminating bill in which still hasnt solved the bedbug problem the lil monsters reproduce like crazy ... I HATE YOU K MART !!!! THANKS FOR THE FREE VAMPIRES !
