My 76 Checker Marathon went into Josephs for bodywork. For 9 months they wouldnt take or return my calls. In that time, they reduced the car to an un-drivable wreck. Chris, the manager, demanded several thousands of dollars more than the cars value to return it to me. He wouldn't put his terms or conditions on paper. I took them to court. They didnt show up. They lost the case and theyve neither returned the car nor paid the judgment.
