Horrible customer service. I understand that beauty supply stores get robbed, but you can't follow all of your customers around the store because of it. I tried to explain this to the owner and his wife and I told them it makes me feel uncomfortable and I would not want to shop there anymore if they followed their customers around studiously watching everyone's hands. They were very dismissive, even though I kept a low, calm tone...myself and the customers that overheard walked right out without buying anything as a result.
