Don't hire a character from them. I hired Spierman for my daughter 4th birthday. The person (a 20is female) and costume were not up to par. The girl who was dressed as Spiderman didnt seem to have any idea how to entertain the kids and the costume had a very poor fit. When i put my daughter to bed after her party i asked her how great she thought it was that spiderman was at her birthday, she looked and me and said "Mama, that was just a girl in a costume." A friend also hired a Cinderalla from Frankie's who came in such a cheap looking cotume and was also over whelmed by the girl. We did also rent a large blouncer house and that was great quality. The men that came to set that up were also very friendly.
