      They do not work with the people who have been customers for years.

      I have been a customer of this place since 1997, when it was called Metro Storage then it got called Storage USA now it called Third Avenue Storage. Since the new name change my rental has increase very year by 10 to 15 dollars. They do not work with their clients, they do not make payment arrangement , nor do they accepted partical payments, There is no consideration for clients who have been clients for a long time. They do not notify you when your rent is due nor do they call you to find out what is the problem and why you have not paid. you rent. They want rent on the first of every month no matter what.
