Founded in 1969, Cibao Meat Products is one of the leading manufacturers of Hispanic- style sausages and salamis in the United States. The company markets its meat products under a variety of brand names, including Salami Campesino, Campesino Jamoneta Cibao, Longaniza Ciabo, Don Pedro Jamonada, Induveca, Jamoneta, Pavolami, Salapeno Salami, Salami Del Pueblo, Salami Sosua, Ver-Mex, Checo and Villa Mella. Cibao also designs, develops and produces a number of private label products. Cibao Meat Products maintains its headquarters in Bronx, N.Y., and distributes its products through a network of sales representative in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Florida.
