Buyer Beware!This company uses EXTORTION tactics. I requested this company to perform a simple task in which I was given a price. I agreed to the initial price. In the middle of the work, the company requested DOUBLE the original price and stated that they would not finish the work unless I signed an agreement and paid them the new balance.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLUMBING COMPANY.

Whether I call for emergency water leak repair or have a scheduled appointment for service they arrive when they say and communicate with a confirmation prior. Recently they had to troubleshoot a plumbing problem from the Basement through to the 2nd floor and I must say that I had the "A - Plumbers" on site. The men worked within the time frame that I had available, they kept the areas neat, they were efficient and thorough in carrying out the Scope of Work needed. C. James Plumbing keeps a high level of value for their customers whether you are talking with customer service / dispatch / or the plumbers in the field.
