Excellent, The service provided is 5 Stars! I originally visited Audio Maxx to install a subwoofer. After the great customer service and professional install I was impressed. I decided to upgrade my entire Audio system on my 2016 Nissan Murano. It takes a lot to let someone dismantle your car, especially if the car is new. Jose, Frank and his team did everything to satisfy my wants and needs; they even upgraded my subwoofer to a bigger much more powerful unit worth 400+, for free! Customer service a plus!Knowledgeable professionals! Excellent!

I had installed HID in another location where they did a horrible job. I went to them and they fixed it made sure the problem would not happen again and extended there warranty for I product I didn't even buy there. They are great and very friendly treated me like I have been a customer for years.

JUST CALLED THESE GUYS UP FOR A SIMPLE RADIO INSTALL KIT, SAYS TO CALL HIM BACK IN A HALF HOUR WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE. WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK HE TELLS ME THAT HE DIDN'T LOOK FOR IT BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO! WOW..WHAT A TURN OFF FOR SUCH A SIMPLE THING..
