Our Programs are Licensed, Regulated and funded by, New York State Department of Health, New York State Department of Education, New York City Department of Education, Rockland County Department of Health, Westchester County Department of Health. We provide services within the five boroughs of New York City, Westchester, and Rockland counties. ATC Services Children with Delays/Disabilities from Birth to 5 Years old
