This store is a scam. I ordered a bookshelf and the Muslim sales rep, Frank, sent me a much smaller utility shelf. He seriously over charged me. I am basically stuck with something I do not want. So watch out for this store because they just cannot be trusted. I should have gone to Bob's Discount Furniture, which was only two blocks from this store.

This place is a scam. I ordered a bookshelf but the Muslim sales rep, Frank, sent me a utility shelf. He seriously over charged me with something I did not want. They also charge 25 dollars per flight of stairs beyond the second floor when delivering. So beware.

I just hope NYC does more to get rid of mom and pop stores like this that scam their customers. The big retail stores are better. I should have gone to Bob's Discount Furniture instead.
