i have been going there since they opened and have always had a good experiance,massages are the best and i love to recieve gift certificates for that location anytime

The woman (blonde woman) at the front desk seemed too busy and bothered to acknowledge me when I came in. That is - until it came time for me to pay. Even then she didn't bother to even look up and make eye contact with me, so much to the point I wasn't sure that she was even talking to me. Do not wear good clothes there if you're recieving a massage. They use oil AND lotion and my clothes (shoes included) got ruined when I put them back on. I also got a manicure, pedicure, and facial. The man/ped were okay, I've had much better for a lot less $$. The facial left my face greasy. My hair as well. I have dark hair and the amount of lotion and grease that got in it between the facial and the massage left my hair looking grey. I cried on the way home because I felt so gross, and immediately ran to the shower. Save your $$.

I enjoyed this Spa experience so much I have bought gift certificates for friends and family who also agree that this Spa is very good. They have a wide variety of packages to select from and it is by far the most relaxing and spoiling gift that a loved one can give. Hint, hint fellas Mother's Day is coming, not to mention its also a great girl's day out. Tranquil Escapes is definately that, a tranquil escape.
