Worst broker I ever used. Stephen Donahue almost killed the sale by not responding to buyer, then again by not getting a water reading. Did not respond to buyer inquires. Sent buyers to the property expecting my tenant to show the property. Used a bootleg parking lot sign on my front lawn, asked many times for proper sign, just go lip service, but he was right there to collect his commission! Lots of good broker/agents out there. Stay away from this one.
