Ruben saved me. I have as much faith in him as I do my mechanic in Abington and I won't give his name out because he's already too busy. This guy is top notch. And boy does he know what he's doing. I'd never leave a misguiding review ever and I'm thankful to have his name . He just saved me 800 dollars at least .

Very Happy with my service, I called at night and Ruben came right over. He was very polite and explained what the problem was. I’ve been a customer for years and will continue to use them. I’ve known the owner Steve for a long time he takes care of his customers

Our furnace broke down and I hired Stephen L. Packer of All Purpose Maintenance in Brockton mass. to install a new furnace. I purchased the furnace and it's parts Home Perfect online. I paid $2,292.28 for a McLain oil boiler and $546.00 for a Beckett oil burner and had them shipped right to my house.at 56 Maguire Ave. Avon Mass. Also cost $125.00 for shipping. So in total $2,963.00 was spent on parts. On November 20,2017 Stephen Packer sent out one of his employees named Rubin to install the furnace. When Rubin was finished he charged me $1,464.00 for parts and $1,600.00 for labor. When questioned about the parts Rubin argued that he spent that amount on parts. He gave me a bill of $3,064.00 for service and parts. I believe that I already bought most of the parts that came with the burner. I paid the $3064.00 bill. I then contacted Stephen Packer about the amount of the parts. He said that no more than $700.00 was spent on parts. He said that he would work with me and make it right. I contacted him on numerous occasions and he kept talking about his personal life instead of talking about money that he owes me. After contacting him the last time he offered me $250.00 back. I told him he was taking advantage of me and he replied "DO WHAT YOU GOT TO DO" There was never a permit pulled for the job. That was his responsibility and also a carbon monoxide sensor was to be installed which was never installed. I was told the $1600.00 was for the install of all the above. The parts part of the bill was to be for small fixtures needed to install. I asked Stephen for an itemized bill and receipts to prove that money was spent on parts. He did not produce anything. So I paid for a permit, carbon monoxide sensor that was never done! I also believe that I was charged more than double for the parts actually bought by them. I am not a person with a lot of money. Pretty much live paycheck to paycheck. I had to take out a loan for the job. He even told me on the phone that
