      General Info
      I was born in Istanbul, Turkey. I immigrated with my family to Long Island, New York when I was 10 years old. I was initially interested in becoming a scientist when I realized that I can do more good for humanity by becoming a doctor. I enjoy teaching and try to incorporate that in taking care of my patients. I believe everyone should be educated about their own health and be their best advocate. I am here to help with my expertise and coming up with a treatment decision is a collaborative effort between myself and my patients.
