I am not sure if sterile is just for medical instruments or staff personna as well. I would go to the ER for an XRAY and wait longer just to have some warmth from the tech. Had extreme pain in an injured area, coupled with fibromyalgia and arthritis and the tech grabbed and pushed this already sensitive area around with no thought nor care as to the pain she was inflicting. The front staff were not as bad but still lacked any form of friendliness and I am concerned that the very impressionable young lady staring snarkily at patients as they were checked in by a gruff but not completely unpleasant elder woman will take on this personna as the norm as she continues her career. What happened to training young people on diplomacy when dealing with human beings? Not surprised that their suggestion box had no paper to leave suggestions. Raise the bar guys, do better.
