My experience with this company was a complete nightmare! Save yourself the headaches and money. The salesman Lorenzo mislead me about how much of a great deal I was buying when I actually bought a cheap quality bedroom set that I paid $2,000 for. After only having the bedroom set for not even 3 months it began to creak. I purchased the protection plan for the bedroom set to only get told by the company who handles the protection plans that the creaking issue was not covered and I would have to contact the store. I called the store several times over a couple weeks span before I finally got through to someone. A technican was sent out to look at the bed and determined the creaking noise could not be fixed. I was told by the technican that I would receive a phone call within a couple days so the issue could be corrected. Instead the technican closed out the claim and I once again called Ashley's and was given the run around. I bought the bedroom set in April and didn't get anywhere with this company until November! I couldn't even get the store manager to call me back. I went through months and months of getting the run around. I ended up getting in store credit of $1,200 when I paid $2,000! Ashley's furniture do not value their customers one bit. I was told by a corporate person that they are not liable for how the sales representatives choose to represent the products they sell. Where is the integrity in this company?!? So much for Ashley's claiming to sell good products. Seriously take my advice and DO NOT waste your time and money in this place! Use my experience as a learning lesson.
