She deserves ZERO STARS but I didn't have that option. I have had my first visit with her scheduled now for MONTHS. I couldn't get in until August 16. I became very ill within the past week. It felt like the pancreatitis I had become accustomed to, though I have not had a full-blown attack in a few years. The last scan performed on my pancreas showed it to be small and shriveled. I phoned Dr. Wilson's office to ask whether it was possible for a pancreas as "dead" as mine was could still be subject to an attack. I was told that nobody from Dr. Rachel Wilson's office could answer my question because I "technically" wasn't a patient of hers yet. I called and complained about this to US Healthcare, who agreed I was treated badly. They told me that they would contact this doctor and that she would lose 1 of her 5 stars. Suddenly, the nurse called back with the answer to my question. She LIED to me about her prior response to me and when I questioned whether she was now being "nice" because this doctor had lost a star, and she hung up on me. So, YES, this nurse does lie to people. I'm now thankfully assigned to a different doctor.

Are you kidding me? Dr. R. Wilson is one of the BEST doctors that I have seen. She is caring and compassionate about her patients. Is the same person writing all these bad reviews. I have been seeing her almost as long as she has been in the Exit 7 practice. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. My children also see her. She is always proactive about your healthcare. I have never found a doctor who cares about her patients as much as she does. I have however had some communication problems with staff and getting a message to my doctor, but over all, in my opinion, this is the BEST practice in our area! If diagnosis was a problem, did you explain all you symptoms? Dr. Wilson listens and takes her time with patients. Never once in any visit do I feel rushed or that she is not listening to me (And I bring a list). I am proactive in my healthcare as all patients should be. Write down what is going on. Make a list of questions or topics you would like to talk with your doctor about. I could go on... All I am saying is she is an extremely wonderful doctor and I would recommend her to anyone! Also, if you are wondering, I am not associated with Wellmont in any way other than a patient of Dr. Wilson. My profession is a Chef.

I am shocked at such critical and bad reviews about Dr. Wilson. She is a talented, caring and extremely well trained doctor. Her staff is no exception. If more people would take the time to write (her honest and loyal patients) the negative ones would be swept away. I know everyone can have a bad experience and no one is perfect, but our family has truly been blessed by Dr. Wilson and her expertise. God Bless Her and her family.

Worst doctor I have ever dealt with. No compassion. Too busy to deal with her patients. Hides behind her nurse. No understanding of medicines and doesn't have a clue on how to diagnosis your problems. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Wilson is young, but she listens to you. She has a friendly staff. My previous dr., who is getting ready to retire, had stopped listening to me. I was concerned about my diabetes. She listened, and she worked to do something about it. I have been very pleased with her in person. The only problem that I have is getting in touch with her through the mywellmont page.

Awful. This Dr. lied to me about my diagnosis, now I am left to deal with the results of her poor care. Why do you keep removing these bad reviews? Does the truth hurt?

Awful doctor. Stay away. I ended up in urgent care because she lied to me about my diagnosis.

Absolutely Loved the staff at this facility!!! They are wonderful!!
