I bought a stove and was waiting on the delivery. I was told he would get here between 1 and 3. At three I called to find out why he wasn't here and he said he was stuck. I understand when things go wrong and people are unable to keep an appointment and how frustrating this can be. I would have appreciated a call to let me know what was going on. Instead I was told in a rude voice that he had got his truck stuck and was waiting on a tow truck and I could reschedule. Your delivery people need to watch how they talk to people and be courteous enough to keep someone who is waiting informed. I don't fault him for being frustrated but courtesy doesn't hurt.
