I don't recommend no one to move here. The disrespect from management and other tentents in the building is extremely ridiculous. From day one of this one disrespectful person moving in. We've made several complaints about his music being so loud from downstairs that it was vibrating our floor upstairs and we couldn't hear our tv for it. Management will not do nothing about it. All care about is getting their rent money. We have lived here for over a year and never had any problems till August 2015, when he moved in downstairs and the neighbors beside us moved in. Yes the walls are thin, but there's a huge difference between an apartment right beside yours and one that ain't right below you.
The apartments are to small, you don't have no counter space in the kitchen, only one drawer in the kitchen, very limited cabinets. The carpet in the bedroom is nasty multiple burns and holes in it. The wood floors are awful. Send like every day they are having a problem with the sewer.
Neighbors guest don't have any respect either. There are two parking areas. One for people that actually live in the building (which are located right in front of each building),then there is visitors parking (that is located on the sides of the buildings). But shocker management don't inforce that either. So people that live in the building had to park in visitors parking cause a visitor of someone else is in tenant parking.
The management here is a complete joke, they are not any better then the old management that was here just as bad if not worst!
If I had money to move with, I would but unfortunately I'm stuck here till income tax comes.

I'm tempted to move in with my parents. My appartment reeks of drugs and smoke from the next door neighbors of which I have called the cops on. Told the office (this place apparently has a no smoking inside rule) they said we can't dO anything they pay rent. A/C units don't work toilet leaks, told the office they said they weren't replacing it, its to expensive. I pay $420 for absolutely nothing. It takes like $12 to do a load of laundry. The units are Ridiculously small and their so old. Plus my cabinets smell like mold

Run Down Apartments Manager (Michele) With a God Complex

I had a relative live at these RUN DOWN apartments for a year and all I can say is THANK GOD they are getting out of there. Management changed every few months. Now they have this young girl named Michele managing the place and she is on a POWER TRIP, RUDE, ABUSIVE, ARGUMENTATIVE, SMART ASSED, need I continue. She does NOT know what she is doing Management wise and she definitely DISCRIMINATES against poorer people who use Section 8. DON'T RENT THERE! IF YOU DO YOU WILL WISH YOU LISTENED!

Century Square.....A horrible place to live....

Read all the reviews you can on this place. There's people out there trying to warn you to stay away from this place. The rent has went up from $275/month to $400/a month and I've been here about 6 years. They really hit us hard this year (2013). They raised out rent $15/month plus took away our free basic extended cable (a $64 value to replace. BLACK MOLD, a very hazardous type of mold has been reported at Century Square. Expect your life expectancy to go down 10 years after you've live here a while. They post such pretty pictures of it on the internet but come out and view them yourself. Be sure to look at the roof above the bottom apartments. Be sure to look at the horrible job they do painting the place......I could go on........but I'm getting out.....just thought I would warn people before I do.

They listed free water, sewer, trash pickup, Wi-Fi and basic extended cable. Well we pay a $10 Utility Fee now so the free water, sewer and trash pickup is not totally free. They cut out the free Wi-Fi which costs $37 plus taxes to replace. In July we will lose our basic extended cable which will cost $50 or $60 plus taxes to replace. I ve not been here 1 1/2 years now and it looks like my rent or living expensses to live here will go up over $100. You can hear people talking, tv s, and stereos in apartments next door, above or below you. People here are very noisy and slam their doors which rattles the entire building. Ev said they repainted the outside of the buildings but they only repainted the railing and done it like a 5 year kid would do. They haven t repaved all the parking lots, just spots in the first section. The other section is a mess and full of pot holes. This place is a dump. Black mold has also been reported here. That's a serious health hazard.

They advertised free water, sewer, trash pickup, wi-fi and basic extended cable. In 2012 they started charging us a $10 Utility Fee. They soon cut out the wi-fi which cost over $37 to replace. And now 90 days from March 26, 2013 we're going to lose our basic extended cable which will eventually cost $50 to $60+ dollars to replace. The apartments are poory maintained, tenants are noisy. You can hear people talking, tv's and stereos in apartments next to you, underneath you or above you. I wouldn't give them 1 star if that option was available. Horrible place to live. Black mold has been reported as being in the apartments. Black Mold is a serious health problem

Not recommended, cannot fix anything unless it can be fixed with wd40, windows in some apartments still broken from first storm in early spring, grass always needs cut. air conditioners don't half work, refridgerators always on the blink,,, they might fix 2 weeks later They have no pride in how the place looks If you want a storm door you have to buy your own, they are here just to take your money.
