I can understand why this company was voted number one company for 2018. In the past two years Mr. Joe Perry & his crew did extensive work for us.Was very pleased with not only the quality of work done but no problem with any of his crew. If there were any problems Mr. Perry promptly took care of it. They replaced windows,completly remodled a bath room making it handicapped accesisble, built a deck & H.C Ramp, remodled a bedroom turning it into den,etc. We would hire them for any work that we need of in the future.
I would be leaving no stars if that were an option. This company came out to put a roof on my grandmother's front porch 2 years ago. Since that time, the roof has never stopped leaking. About 2 months ago was the last time someone from this company came out to "fix the problem", that man then told my grandmother he couldn't fix the problem because his ladder was broken and wouldn't open, if he could use hers while he worked there. She of course said yes.
This man from this company then stole my 90 year old grandmother's brand new ladder. We went to use her ladder to fix something 2 weeks ago, only to discover that the only ladder we have is the broken one that won't open. This man put his broken ladder in my grandmother's shed and put ours on his truck.
We did call, left a message. A Joe Perry called us back. Says he recalls asking to use the ladder, but of course denies taking it. He was the last one to ask to use her ladder. We grabbed the ladder from the last place he put it when he was done using it. And I don't find it a coincidence that his was broken and wouldn't open, and all of a sudden our brand new ladder looks old, and is broken and won't open. Hmmmm.
Consumers beware of this company!!! They steal property from their customers!!!Especially from elderly woman!!!
I would probably give a better review if someone would answer the phone or return calls.
