my brakes were smoking and I was 900 miles from home. On a friday night they diagnoised it and I was on my way the next morning. They even found a place for me to stay Thanks again.

I came in last saturday with a problem with my brake lights 2 other shops tried to fix Dave found the electrical controler for my trailor lighting was the problem and had it fixed in about an hour. He really knows his stuff thank you. I'll be back. The deli idea is great can't wait.

I had a check engine light on and the truck was running funny. Everything was explained to me and when I got my truck back a couple of hours later the truck ran great and the bill was less than the quote. thanks guys

Driving from homestead to bristol with no a/c was not fun. I showed up right at closing and it was still 80 plus outside. Dave spent 10 to 15 minuets and found the problem with my a/c. Any one that knows subarus knows that the a/c system is hard to get to and not cheep. After diagnosing the problem he came up with a fix that would allow me to continue on my trip without a over night stay. I have to tell you what he did made the a/c work better than the day I bought the car. How he did it so fast and so cheep made a very bad day into a great day. Thank you thank you thank you. I would give them all my business if I only lived around here. In fact the people were so nice I will consider coming back here someday to live. I love tn. and I love the service I recieved.

glad they could help you. I am a local and I think they suck. I brought my trail blazer In for a tie rod end and just because I am hispanic I guess they thought I am stupid well I am not. I will never go there again and I would not recommend them to do anything for anyone.Also they are very rude,Need to be careful of who you cuss at the register.If you was not a old man I would have kicked your azz,One day you old amocion will get it when you run into the right person.Just a little advice clean the place up go home take a bath and stop trying to overcharge every1.You can not get rich off or one or two customer .Very poor business.People need to realize auto parts dont cost as much as you charge.One thing people, Call oriley part store like I did,after they give you a price on parts and everyone will see they charge double for parts.That the reason I went and purchased my own and brought it in with me.Id have to be desperate to ever come back to that place( MECHANIC) my azz

i stopped at the pitstop and the owner named dave i think didnt have a clue of what was going on.Not to mention he had enough dog hair on his cloths to make a person sick.And he was talking about having a deli in the future how nasty.I think the health dept should visit them. also the prices on his so called antiques are stupid all he has is trash.the store items are over priced.these type of people wont stay in business long good luck guys ur gonna need it.we need new businesses in our town but not like this.also clean up around the place looks very bad passing by
