Best -BY FAR-The best experience my husband and I have ever had! We looked for a used Toyota Certified 4Runner. The Internet Manager, Barbara Azevedo was so fast. We text back and forth. We sealed part of the deal before we even got there. The last thing was our trade. They gave us a fair value for our trade and we purchased from Steven Axtell. He was also wonderful. The two of them made a fabulous team. We give Bristol Toyota Scion and all of the staff a 5 out of 5 star rating! M.

I went to one first who shall remain nameless "Come on down!" They were close to me but we were not treated with any respect. The manager told me he was not making any money on the deal and didn't want it but would sell me my car anyway. It was so insulting. After that experience I went online and found Bristol Toyota. I am so glad I did! The internet manager, Barbara,answered each question and quoted a fair price to boot. She even gave me her cell number to call after hours after we emailed. I did and she called me right back. Needless to say, I bought 3 cars from them. 3 may seem a bit much but one was for my wife, the second was for my son and the 3rd was for myself. I HIGHLY recommend them and would go back anytime. The manager, Bryan was fantastic also. Great people who just happen to sell Toyotas'. I would go back again and refer anyone I know to them!

Never thought getting a quote online would be so painless!! They really have outstanding service with the Internet Manager, Barbara Azevedo. She is the BEST!!! No tricks, no hidden programs from Toyota that we DO NOT QUALIFY FOR...just a FAIR-GOOD HONEST QUOTE! It is great to know that a dealer is doing business this way!

I can see why Bristol Toyota Scion has been in business for so long! Service is always outstanding. They never tell us we need something that we don't and are really helpful. We will always go there. The owner comes right out and just is a regular guy, a smile on his face and says hello. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They were so easy to work with! I worked with the internet manager, Barbara, online. She was honest and gave me fair pricing. I never believe dealerships because of past experiences-but I moved to RI and decided to go online. Out of 4 of the dealerships I contacted online Bristol was by far the best. No bait and switch, no old school-just a good honest fair deal!
