"Just spent $4,000+ to fix porch entry that began to fall apart less than three years after construction. Integrated Construction owner, who sold us on his local ties, promised to fix it, but never did. We gave up on him after phone calls and emails went unanswered for nine months. Owner and company have since been engaged for many months in a project around the corner from our house, and in fact told that customer that they needed to address our issue, but have yet to come by. As a side note, we hired one of the owner's employees -- his brother-in-law -- to do some work for us when times were slow for construction workers. Unilaterally paid him more than the agreed-upon price, because the job took longer than expected. Last time we saw him was when we gave him $100 to buy a case of caulk. To date, we have gotten neither the caulk, nor our $100 back. That was more than two years ago. "
