Volunteering with Bucks County Rescue Squad provides opportunities for interested men, women and young adults to experience the field of emergency medical services. Volunteers are afforded the same educational opportunities as career personnel and once fully trained volunteers serve in a variety of ways including providing emergency medical care as part of on duty EMS crew, staffing special events throughout the community including football games, fireworks displays, and heritage events such as "Afro-American Day", "Celtic Day", Etc. Volunteers will explore emergency health care and gain insight into the field of EMS and emergency medicine. If you or your child is considering a career in medicine this is a great opportunity to explore those interests in real and fast paced world of "Emergency Medical Services".
