Tess and Bob are the best! We trust them above anyone to watch our dogs when we go out of town. They loves animals more than anyone I know.

Horrible place. They treated me and my wife very rudely. They claimed they had a cancellation policy (it's nowhere in writing nor do they have a web page to indicate such a policy) and charged us $200 when we took out our dog early when my wife was concerned about our dog staying here. They also intimated my wife was a liar, claiming they told her about the cancellation policy when we dropped off the dog but my wife said that conversation never occurred. When I called to complain, the owner hung up on me on the phone. One of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever been involved in. You can bet we will never try this place again. I encourage you to avoid this place.

We have been taking our golden retreiver to T&B White for 9 years now, and have nothing but postive things to say about them, never once were they rude to us ! And Tess would never be rude to anyone..any anyone that talks to her would know that. My daughter boards her dog with T&B White..and the dog loves going there..she gets massages there, unlike at home . Don't listen to the negative, check it out for yourself.
