      I was having plumbing issues, had not been able to run any water in the house the entire weekend. I called and Margie got me scheduled the same day. Dave came out, explained everything he was doing as he emptied my septic tank and provided advice for the next step in getting my pipes flowing again. I would call them again in a heart beat. Thank you for your assistance,

      I called 2 days ago to schedule my 2 year maintenance on septic. They showed up today :) . Their page says they open at 7:30 am but they were here at 6:50. Now that's dedication and great service! I've used Middlebury Septic for many years. Always friendly ! Thank you !

      I have had this company come to my house for over 20 years.But this year they come out pumped my septic and now everything is backing up in my tub and kitchen sink.Never had this problem in 26 years.So i called twice and emailed but haven't got any response.So now I'm paying for someone else to come and fix whatever they did.They also charge to take your lids off.No one else i called charges for lid removal. Plus the only time they scrap or clean is if u ask them.These things are included in other companies services.
