We had an appointment with a plumber from this company for 8 A.M. this morning. I had to call to find out where he was at 12:30 in the AFTERNOON!! Plumber called and told me he tried to call and visit but, my brother and I were both here and neither one of us heard the phone ring nor did we hear the door bell or a knock on the door. I suppose honesty is not what this company is known for here in Bristol.

I have had Shaffer co service my plumbing for years . they are the best around Bristol area.

Charged almost $400 for labor to install an access panel and new valve for bath tub. Plumber here less than 2 1/2 hours. Shoddy workmanship, access panel broken and not flush against wall. We had someone else fix this as we didn't want to pay another $75 service call! Prior month service call was $75 to tighten a nut on water valve, time in basement was less than 10 minutes. Labor charges are totally over-priced. Charge portal-to-portal. Doctors don't make this much of an hourly rate! Been a customer for over 25 years, NOT ANY MORE!
