Do not trust LA FITNESS WITH YOUR BANK INFORMATION!!! canceled membership back in September charges to my account supposed to end in Dec.Charges still being made to my account in Jan, asked management at LA Fitness Hamden why? was told I had to go to my bank to stop charges.

The club is very clean, but always crowded. The front staff ignores all suggestions of improvement. They will not even put in a suggestion box. The staff pretends that they are soooo busy, yet there really is nothing much for them to do except chit chat.
There are some very creapy people who hang out naked in the men's locker room. Beware if you go Bare!

I needed to make some changes to my memberships in my favor. Joe was awesome about handling everything quickly and professionally. The staff here is great. Never ever had problems or complaints. I would recommend this gym highly if anyone is looking for a reputable place to join!

Don't believe what this gym tells you about personal training sessions. I signed up after they assured me this was the best deal I was going to get (40.00 per session). A week later I went in and saw signs for 25.00 per session.....when I asked for an adjustment they told me I could sign up for more sessions a week at that price but couldn't get my current sessions adjusted. I am locked in for a year and after that I will be finding a new gym. Even though the facility is nice I don't like liars and that is what they are. DON'T BELIEVE their first price...wait for deal.
