Had my car towed, never used them before. Driver answered all my questions, and I ask a lot.... I paid him for the tow, but because of this other review I wanted to test the driver, so I gave him $10 extra, he came right to my door after the tow was completed and handed me back the $10, and told me I over paid him. So for his honesty, I gave him the $10 back & said it was a tip for being so nice and honest with me.....

i had this company tow my car to a nearby shop and the driver claimed he didn't work out the mileage so he charged me a flat-tow rate of $260 which i found out later was ridiculously over charged. i paid cash and the driver wouldn't give me a receipt for the transaction. i confronted the owner and pleaded my case but the owner sided with his employee instead of me the customer. the driver pocket the $200 and turned in the correct amount of $60.
