I will never go back!!! Went on a Monday night to celebrate a family members 21st birthday. We were sitting downstairs and all of us got kicked out to "go sit upstairs on the deck because they were closing the downstairs sections" as told from an employee at The Pound. So we went upstairs, no big deal. Waited 15 minutes until our drink order was finally taken. We were told, again, by an employee of The Pound, the specials were 1/2 off all drinks and another special on boneless wings. Since it was a 21st birthday, we were all thinking awesome, 1/2 off drinks, so we bought multiple extras only for this reason. There is also little booklets on EVERY table, ON THE UPSTAIRS TABLES, saying their specials for every day of the week.... one of them being Monday: 1/2 off all drinks. Well, it comes to the time where we all get our bills and notice the discounts had NOT been applied. (The 1/2 off drinks) We were charged full price. We had said something to the waitress who then went and got her manager. The manager told us that the specials only applied to the downstairs, not on the deck... which we had originally gotten kicked out of due to them closing those sections. Basically, the manager had blamed this on "new servers not knowing" and told us there was nothing she could do for us. Absolutely ridiculous.
