Home Builders Association of Livingston County ( HBALC ) is a not-for-profit professional organization representing its members while addressing the interests of the building industry and the community-at-large. As the voice for the building industry, the mission of the HBALC is to support and enhance the economic growth and quality of life in our community. Directions to HBALC Office From Detroit, Lansing or Ann Arbor take I-96, Exit 145 to Grand River Avenue. Take Grand River South approximately 3 miles into downtown Brignton. We are located on the right side of the road between Main Street and North Street, across from Stout's Irish Pub. Complimentary parking is available on Grand River, on North Street, and behind the HBALC offices in a public lot.
