I went to Fantastic Sams because my stylist was not longer working. I read reviews that they were wonderful. I walked in and was taken right away, a big plus! However while the stylist was washing my hair another walked by said "What is that!" My stylist whispered over my head, wasn't a good feeling. After cutting my hair she asked if I wanted a blow dry and that would be $25. The cut was $16. The blow dry cost more? How would she know if she cut it so it layed right. I didn't have the blow dry because I can do that myself. However when I went home I had to trim long pieces and it really doesn't lay well. Won't ever go there again!
