While this endodontist was technically skilled, he was terrible at basic communication skills during the root canal procedure. At no time during the 40 minute process, did he or his assistant interact with me or check in to see how I was doing. Even when I managed to tell him I was in pain, his only response was that I needed to keep my mouth open so he could finish. While I understand that the surgery required concentration on his part, the lack of communication and interaction made me feel as if I was just a tooth, not a patient - and was just unacceptable in my opinion.
