From the first meeting with Mark, I came to realize I was dealing with a friendly, honest, hard working true professional. I always received quick replies from the texts or emails I sent. On top of that, I was able to reach Mark by phone just as easy. As Mark is a very busy man, I was very happy with the response time. As for all the contractors used for my build, everyone was top notch. I am a bit of a perfectionist and everything done has surpassed my requirements.
