I've gotten my motorhome serviced at this location for several years. Always had great service. Took it back today for oil change and transmission service and was disappointed with experience. Granted it is an older RV, but the first thing I was told was we don't carry the filter so we will have to upcharge you to get one. Then I was informed that they don't carry the oil and would have to switch to a different grade. The person I was dealing with stated that they were under new management and don't carry a lot of what they used to carry. Really sad. I would have thought that 10-40 oil was fairly standard. In the past they have had to get the filter, but never charged more just because it had to be ordered. I got the distinct feeling that they really didn't want my business. Too bad... I have two other vehicles that will never get serviced there again. Too many other choices out there to have to put up with that kind of treatment.

went for an oil change today and they ask me if i want the same service as last time, I say sure. well they charge me for a high mileage oil change which is not what i had last time and is $20 more. I ask what is the difference in the high mileage oil change and they couldn't even tell me, and didn't even ask if thats what i wanted. BE AWARE I think its just a way to rip people off even more. I am mad and won't go back to grease monkey and have gone there for years!

very helpfull to get me a new battery for my Jeep Liberty. much more economic than Pro Jeep, more helpfull than Wal mart in Grant street who plainly refused to hold the battery for me for half an hour..............so I could come up to have the battery installed. Thank you guys for your wonderfull service.......
