We had an issue with our well pump this morning. There was no water flowing into our home. So, imagine my concern when I realized that this was possibly going to be an, "uh oh day!" :)
I remembered Dan's name from one of my acquaintances, who had mentioned to me that for well issues, Dan is the guy! I am so glad that I took a leap of Faith and called "Well Doctor" today and got to speak with Dan. I explained our situation. And he was very kind to accommodate our home in his busy schedule!!
He was at our home within two hours and took care of the issue without any complications.
Dan is very knowledgeable, professional, reliable, reasonable and trustworthy! These qualities don't come too easy in some contractors/vendors/small businesses out there.
I am a Realtor by profession, so I know genuine service, empathy and sincerity when I see it. And in Dan you get all of that. I will make sure to forward Dan's information to my present clients and to anybody else who may be able to utilize Dan's expertise and service.
I truly felt Blessed today to meet Dan in person as I had heard a lot of good things about him, but actually got to see, "Angel Dan" in action today! Little disclosure, I told him, I will call him "Angel Dan", as he indeed was like an Angel to our home! :)

We were having trouble with our well water pressure and called The Well Doctor. He came that evening and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. He was very honest, friendly and straight-forward, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and how we can avoid/fix similar issues ourselves in the future. He will be the one I call for any future well servicing we might need, and I'd recommend him to anyone!

All I can can say is these guys are the best company I have ever delt with. They came to my house on time and fixed my well problem lower than the estimate given. Its good to know there are still honest service people still out there. I would strongly recommend using this company for any well water problems you may have.

I recently needed work done on my well pump. I called several companys for estimates. All that came to look told me it needed a new pump(2000 dollars). I was speaking with my neighbor and he told me to try his guy. I called well doctor and they came to look at it. Thirty minutes after they had arrived, I heard water filling the pipes. Dan came upstairs and told me I was all set. He explained to me that the system was very old and was living on borrowed time. The bill was $160. and i was happy to pay it. Dan said when it comes time to replace the pump, he would do it for $1700. When that time comes, he will be the one doing the work.
