I called and was given a price of $55 for Synthetic oil change. I drove all the way in and they told me $69 for Synthetic. I told them I just called 30 minutes ago and was quoted a price of $55. Apparently that was the price of a Synthetic-blend oil change. I complained that isn't right to quote one price online then change it once I'm in the store. The answer? "Too bad, mistakes happen." The mistake was coming to Jiffy Lube in the first place. I cannot judge their work, just their customer service. Giving 3 stars because they weren't nasty, they just didn't care and to be fair, it might truly have been an honest mistake. However, it seemed sneaky to me and I didn't like that they didn't even apologize for the mistake.
