My daughter purchased a groupon for my birthday last May from this salon. They told me they were booked up until the end of September. Needless to say, a water break suddenly occurred and now the phone is disconnected. What a rip-off ..... The ACTUAL RATING OF THIS BUSINESS IS A -5

I too was shafted on my groupon. Had to wait to be booked and was constantly being pushed out and now I have my appointment. The place is gone and phone number disconnected.

I have been trying for weeks to make an appointment. My voucher is now expired and the phone number has been disconnected.

Purchased a groupon for this salon hoping to get my my nails and toes done in June. They advised me they were booked for the month and i understood.I have tried multiple times calling playing phone tag and leaving messages to make an appointment for my now expired groupon and have yet to have something scheduled. 'm not even bothering with them at this point and will just find a different salon .

In response to owner's response to my review on May 20th: Now I'm frustrated, because that was dishonest. Not only was I on time (more than three weeks ago), but I had to wait ten minutes before anyone was available to work on me. I gave a VERY fair review considering the circumstances. My manicure was NOT free, but that is irrelevant. If you make an appointment, and want a repeat customer, you do the job decently. My polish was uneven near the cuticles and tiny bubbles appeared all on most fingernails after drying -- I did not originally mention these things because I was trying to be nice.

The staff was friendly and personable, but overbooked. As a result, the lady (who was working on me and someone else simultaneously) rushed and I drove home with nails no nicer than I could have painted myself. The next day my nails were already wearing down at the tips. And worse, several nails smudged while driving home, one on my steering wheel. I'm thinking more wait time between coats was needed, as each coat of polish was quite thick. I get the impression that if the ladies could take their time, they would do a great job. While I felt bad they were in a hurry, I still paid money for the service. Also, perhaps some relaxing music playing in the background would be a good idea to achieve a more spa-like service.

Due to the awesome response to the groupon we recently ran we did book through the month of may however if your groupon expires during the month of may we will be happy to honor it on the next available appointment that is open. We are focused on quality of work so please be patient we do not want to move quickly and our clients not recieve a personalized experence. Thank you so much for your patience.

All Groupons are honored if you call before the expiration. If you call after the expiration please call groupon and pay the fee and you can then book an appointment. Due to the mother's day holiday and memorial day we are booked for the month of May. If your groupon expires during that time we will honor the promotional price. Generally we do book 2 weeks in advance just like other spa's. You also cannot per groupon policy use more than 1 groupon per party per visit. Thankyou and have a great day!

Amazing customer service and spa services! To bad the groupon customers treat the employees like poop.....

Excellent service very accomadating, newly remodeled. They even offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. The only problem the day we were there alot of people with groupons were there and they were very rude to the employees. They were very patient but they really were not nice!

Just visited the spa last night. Sarah is very accommodating and gracious. She exudes what customer service SHOULD be all about. And - a chocolate facial?? What's not to love about that, too! I will be going back for sure.

I'm new to the area and found Sarah's ad on Groupon. Such a nice spa and so many services. Got the mani/pedi gel and they look and feel wonderful. I'm happy to support local businesses. Sarah's very friendly and her services continue to expand. I definitely recommend.

Just had a manicure, pedicure and a microdermabrasion. Excellent service, new owner is so nice and accomadating. The makeover makes it so comfortable now. Next I will be trying their hair salon too! So glad I tried it out!

I was there for a facial and mani/pedi. They were very proffesional the only so extremely nice and accomidating. They did a remodel from the previous salon and it looks great. I had a great time and they even had bottles of water and snacks for the customer. They also do hair so I will be trying that next time. I am so glad that Synergy is gone and they are there now!!! Will def be going back!!!
