I DO NOT know where to begin. The staff, the atmosphere, the environment... All 5 stars. Been to a few different places like this and let me tell you, this is the penthouse at the Hilton, compared to others. Im NOT a client # I AM A PERSON (with a name, mind you). Staff is wonderful and accommodating (when needs to be) NOT push overs, but situations arise. They try and work with you. Not penalize you. I can go on... If ur searching for this type of facility I suggest you give them a try. Very happy i found them by accident.
