Terrible experience. They claimed to fix my washing machine by removing some lint. Machine froze again next day. My husband pulled up the specs on the computer, took the washer apart, and found a 1 x 5 inch strap jammed in pump. Worked fine ever since. A1 promised several times to refund part of our money, but have never delivered.
