I have to admit that we have delt with many auctionhouses over the years and we will be the first to say that all though we were unhappy with the results of the auction that the gent that did the intake of our items gave a rough idea of what he thought they would bring and granted the items were just under as a whole but they were honest and gave us the chance to withdrawl or place a researve.

We would deal with this house again. They were Honest upfront and good. They do know what they are doing. Now only if they could get better buyers out there in Bridgton perhaps the sales would take in a better number. As a buyer you could rake it in i think but as a seller listen to them if they suggest a reserve use it.
