The people in this company were friendly, courteous, helpful, and very professional. They were able to fit me in and replace my furnace the day after I called them. My furnace went out in the very cold and they did not dismiss me like a previous company had done on the phone. They were very understanding of seniors and disabled. They left everything spotless and I have great heat! Thank you so much.

Seventeen year old furnace died right after Xmas (2017), called Superior and they were very prompt in responding. Let me know price of repair and price of installing new hvac system. New system very reasonable (Bryant), installers arrived (Rick & Justin) promptly and were very professional and easy to talk to. I cannot say it enough...thank you Superior for a job well done.

I had used their services before when I had a problem with my air conditioning and was very satisfied. When we started having problems with our home heating system, I felt I could trust them to be honest in their cost and skilled in their knowledge. The technician came out and showed us the several areas where there was a problem and left it up to us to decide to repair or replace. We chose to replace and a couple more service men showed within a short time and replaced our heating system with a new system. Very good customer service. We live in a st. Louis county municipality that requires inspections from our city hall. They came out today and approved the installation. They said they have consistently approved this company's installation. I am a very satisfied customer.

I've had several heating & cooling businesses over the last 5 yrs, checking & cleaning my furnace & air conditioner. This is the ONLY one I felt comfortable with. I completely trust what they tell me. Very professional, prompt, knowledgeable.

The estimated time allowed was 8:30 -6 PM They arrived 8:15 and finished by 2:30. Three technicians divided the installation tasks and assisted each other when they finished the assigned task. They prepared the work areas
with protective drop cloths. They wore shoe covers when entering the living space. They were very courteous and congenial. The work was accomplished in a good time and accurately.

From the first phone call to the installation. I had nothing but praise for everyone I dealt with. I called on Saturday and by Monday afternoon I had a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit.����

They responded to our call for service on the hottest day of the year within several hours with the technician we requested.

After a decision to replace the heating &n a/c systems they were able to complete the installation the very next day in the AM.

Everything about my experience with Superior Heating and Cooling, from the visit with Brad who estimated the job to Matt and the crew who performed the work, was exceptional. The job was scheduled for the next day! after I accepted the proposal, the crew arrived on time and completed the job in the rain, and cleaned the area afterward...even turned off all the lights. Everyone was friendly and professional. I'd happily recommend Superior Heating and Cooling.

We moved to Missouri a year ago. The home was 19 years old and we new it would would need a new furnace in a short period of time. Sure enough , it went out so we called the name of the tag on the furnace. They looked up the address and had a complete service record and name of the previous owner. they updated my information and said they would have someone there that morning. Andrew was there within a hour. Very polite and professional. Andrew checked our unit and gave me my best options." NO HIGH PRESSURE" I knew I wanted a new furnace and explained that to him without having to tell me. He made arrangements to have installers there within the hour. Of course they we there on time. I just felt and new they would be. They installed a furnace and humidifier, clean up the work area and completed the job by about 2:00 the same day. "VERY IMPRESSED". I will highly recommend Superior Heating & Cooling when ever I have the opportunity.
