I made an appointment and when I arrived for it, they cancel it because I didn't call them to tell them I was coming, They just told me the doctor is leaving for the day. even though they called me to confirm the appointment. I was going to be a new patient but I guess they have enough patient. So, my thinking is even if I did call and say I was coming how would they I wasn't coming. BAD BUSINESS I'll go somewhere else.
Called new office to make a first time appointment. Was asked if I was in any pain and I said yes. Gave me earliest appointment time available which was 12 day wait. A couple hours later they called me back to say original appointment time they gave me was not available and I would need to call back and reschedule. When I did so they told me soonest appointment I could get was 73 days from now. Awful "customer service", incompetent, unhelpful and rude on phone.
