She is a member of professional organizations including the Bridgeport Bar Association, having previously served as chairperson of its estates and probate section, and the Connecticut Bar Association, in which she is a member of the trusts and estates and elder sections.

Mr. Sobel’s development experience includes formation of both residential and commercial condominiums, including public offering statements and declarations. Mr. Sobel has also represented title insurance companies on matters pertaining to coverage and defense of claims and has acted as company-retained counsel for insureds on title disputes.

- Real Estate TransactionsMr. Rost specializes in representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business law transactions and probate matters. For over thirty years he has helped clients purchase, sell, finance, refinance and lease homes and commercial properties; form, purchase, sell and restructure business entities; and probate and settle estates in the Connecticut Probate Courts. He has also represented many clients in the formation and completion of condominium projects in order to sell units in the residential market. Mr. Rost’s extensive experience and proficiency in commercial matters has resulted in his currently representing Newtown Savings Bank in various loan transactions to commercial owners of real estate within Fairfield and New Haven counties.
