My gutters were leaking over my front door and I would get soaked each time it rained. I had them come out and they diagnosed the problem and it was fixed that day!! They also showed me some other problems that I had with gutters around the exterior of the house. They took measurements and come back a few days later and now I no longer have leaky gutters. I cannot stress how professional the guys were as well as the office staff. I appreciate that they answered all of my questions and explained why the gutters needed repair and how I would save money by repairing them now not causing more damage in the future.
I strongly recommend The Gutter Guys to my family and friends and they have been just as happy as I am with the service! Thanks Gutter Guys!!! I look forward to working with you again in the future!!!
Gutter Guys changed the gutters on my house and did a great job. Getting an installation date was no problem. The work was done professionally and there has been no problems. I would recommed this business and will continue to use their services.
Gutter Guys not only installed our gutters but has now been doing our seasonal cleaning for a few years. We have always been satisfied with their work.
These people are plain weird. When I first called, the guy told me he would send someone to take pictures the next day and then they would call with feedback. For the next 10 minutes he kept talking. I could not get off the phone, he just kept repeating the same thing over and over. The guy came two days later and I got the same chatter calling with the results and the prices. From those two conversations I knew I would not let them near my house or my wallet. Whoever these people are they are both Stamford and Bridgeport. Too bad for all of Fairfiled County. Gutter Boys is now working up a price. Owner very respectful.
DO NOT HIRE THEM - These guys were completely stress inducing! We hired the gutter guys to clean our gutters and do a small repair.
They were unprofessional and horrible.
The guy my husband booked the appointment with was seemingly friendly and helpful over the phone. The two guys that did the job were disrespectful, rude and treated me and our property with complete disregard. We had all our windows open when they arrived and without warning they started blasting the house and open windows with water from our hose. They drenched our kitchen as I rushed to close all the windows. They trampled numerous plants in my garden and left debris and gutter pieces all over our yard. Even more disturbing and unprofessional, they ogled me and left me feeling unsafe. As they were leaving I also saw them leering and ogling a couple pre-teen girls walking past our house. It was DISGUSTING! Unfortunately my husband was not home when the gutter guys were here. I wonder if they would have been so disrespectful towards me and our home had he been here. He did called the gutter guys office to speak with a manager about the service and never received a call back. Not surprising.
A note to the gutter guys if you read this; Had your customer service been better and you had called us back I probably wouldn't be writing this.
This posting by PhotoLove is obviously bogus. This cannot be real. It is deliberate and planed, just think, within two days this person put up three comments, one absolutely denigrating and two other ones very nice. The writer is obviously either a "competitor" or someone with too much time on his/her hands and, is just not believable; at least I hope other people perceive this as absolute garbage. Had I received service like this I would be calling the nearest police department not the office of the two workers at my house.
