Been to all the nice places-but my animals were not taken care of by so called doctors that loved animals. This man loves animals, is not a thief and will give your animal the compassion and care that my animals did not get from the classy looking establishments with all the nice cars parked in front that are paid or by taking advantage of people. Let's face it, most normal people care more or their pets than anything and will pay what ever they can. This Dr. will work with you, a real Veterinarian. let me tell u something about these people... they care for animals... its not all about the buck with dr Banduru...his genuine care is tops in my book...unlike many vets ... this one came to my house when I was unable to get my 220 lb neo mastiff to him...and charged me no more than he would an office visit... who does that?... if your looking for marble counter tops and ads for every pet food known to man and impulse items to buy at the desk .. forget it ... look in Wesport... these folks are top notch in my book...

This place is a great place! Did surgery on my dog for a great price! My dog recovered very well and likes going back! The decor is not what I am looking for! I want a vet that cares for animals and does a great job!!

If you are looking for aesthetics, this is not the place for you, but your pets will be well taken care of, at a third the cost of other veterinary hospitals. I have used the Bridgeport Veterinary Hospital for nearly 25 years now and have always been completely satisfied. y family members also use the Bridgeport Veterinary Hospital and think they are the best. They will not do needless procedures just to raise the cost, as all other vets I have gone to do. I do not agree with the negative responses listed above. For those folks who posted the negative comments, I would suggest Trumbull Animal hospital... they have free coffee, and a really pretty waiting room. But, that coffee & aesthetics will triple your bill, at a minimum.

Really good to know that people care for animals. These others that complain about the service are not respectful, no good communication, and just want to pay less for their animals care. We all do, but what I know they work on a basic price that is good. Not like other Vet's that charge a arm and a leg. So disregard the other negative responds. Trust me....

I would not recommend this vet to anyone. The office was dark and dirty. The staff were not professional. I took my mini yorkshire terrier to get him trimmed and his shots. They kept him for 6 & 1/2 hrs and cut all his fur off, in the dead of winter. When we got there he didn't even have his shots yet. We had to wait another half hour. The vet was very rough when he was giving him the shots. Now I am trying to find another vet because he has a cold and is sneezing and breathing funny. If you love your pets DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS VET. They were also very expensive. I am in the process of finding out who I can report them too.

My experience was negative. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and seemed to not be interested in me or my puppy. The place was dark, not animal friendly and the wall paper was falling off the wall. THe vet looked over my puppy but when he found something wrong told me to return my puppy to the breeder. The vet do nothing for my pet. He told me to come back another time. Visit was expensive for the 6 minutes I was there and the no service I received. Would never return. Found a better vet do the street...plus it was cheaper. Not satisfied!!!!!
