0This is an awesome company. Quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable and always has the customer s best interest. My fireplace looks amazing. They went the distance to get me the right set up and I couldn’t be happier. Tracy, Joe and the Queen sweep crew I would always highly recommend and I would only trust them to install my fireplace.
Our fireplace started filling up our living room with smoke after a season of not using it. We found a coupon for another company for a discounted chimney cleaning. Unfortunately my boyfriend couldn't be home when this schmuck shows up. He didn't go on the roof, he didn't do anything but shine his iPhone flashlight up my chimney and tell me the problem is that no one uses liners anymore, he won't be able to clean it because brushes aren't made to clean around liners anymore, and my only option is a $3500 ceramic spray to coat my chimney. I told him to get lost. We called Queen Sweep and they said the problem is my chimney is too short - they cleaned the chimney, put in a new liner, extended it further up to make the chimney longer, and replaced a cap, all for a tenth of the price. Aaand it was nice to see a woman since my boyfriend is always working when work has to be done on the house. :)
I've been a real estate agent for ages and for the last few years I've called Queen Sweep for any chimney, plumbing and HVAC work on houses in the Monmouth-Ocean area. I call them for advice often and I never feel like they're trying to upsell me when they're advising on best practices for a home. I had a few bad experiences with unlicensed or uninsured contractors and Queen Sweep is the safest and smartest way to go
We recently moved to Jackson - Tracy (owner) and her team did all the plumbing and chimney work that had to be done, along with the inspection. The were friendly, professional and clean (after they were done you would have never known they were there - they left our place spotless!). We've called them a few more times on various plumbing, heating and chimney projects and they always have a great deal for the work they do. After years of experience with scam vendors and unprofessional workers, I wouldn't call anyone else.
